Delicious dining and lovely staff experience
I recently enjoyed a delightful stay where the food was truly exceptional, especially the three-course meal offered at a discounted rate, which was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing my overall experience. However, I encountered a few hiccups with room cleanliness that need improving.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I loved the stunning Victorian architecture that makes this place visually captivating! The breakfast was a delightful spread, offering everything from hot cooked meals to freshly baked pastries, served piping hot at your table. My sea view room was a peaceful retreat, letting in gentle sounds from the waves, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

the imperial hotel is a lovely grand old building, stylish reception, bar, and dining room. breakfast was good, lots of options but powered scrambled eggs were pretty bland. my deluxe double room had a large spacious bathroom and a nice sea view, which was worth the extra cash. staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.
the only downside was that i felt a bit cold at night due to drafty windows. also, the furniture in the room was kinda dated.

My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms.

I stayed at the Imperial Hotel in Blackpool for a night. The location is fantastic, right on the front in a quieter area. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made me feel welcome. The breakfast offered was really good, plenty of options to choose from. The room was clean and well maintained, comfortable for a quick stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow. I had to wait for about 40 minutes, which wasn’t the best start. The room lacked enough power sockets, making it tricky to charge my devices without unplugging others. The temperature control could use some work as well. the small upper window wouldn’t shut properly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with some minor inconveniences, but the positives made it worthwhile.
